Brynn & Hayden
Hayden first reached out with a thoughtfully planned proposal in mind—encouraged by his mom to ensure the moment itself was documented, not just the engagement session that followed. While he initially envisioned photographs after he popped the question, she reminded him of something important: that once-in-a-lifetime moment deserves to be preserved as it unfolds.
Amy and I traveled to Marathon, Texas, where Brynn and Hayden had already settled in for the weekend at The Gage Hotel. While Brynn enjoyed a scheduled massage, we met with Hayden to finalize the details and walk through the proposal plan. Every element came together seamlessly, allowing the moment to unfold naturally and beautifully.
The following day began early over coffee as we reviewed location ideas and refined the timeline. From there, the weekend led us through some of West Texas’s most striking landscapes, including the Rio Grande and Santa Elena Canyon, where we created a collection of images that felt both intimate and expansive. We wrapped up with a final morning session on the grounds of The Gage Hotel.
It was an unforgettable weekend—rich with scenery, connection, and meaningful moments. We’re grateful for the trust Hayden and Brynn placed in us and look forward to documenting their next chapter at their wedding in Hockley, Texas, in April 2027.
